1.    RETURN POLICY

1.1 If you need to return an item, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Read our policy carefully to understand your options and eligibility. You have 30 days from the date of purchasing your item to start a return. We accept returns for all orders, provided they meet all the following criteria:

a.     30-Day Return Window: Our returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

b.    Eligibility for Returns: Returned product retains at least 50% of its original content. We will also require you to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

c.     (Agreement) “I agree to return additional items undamaged and in their original condition (for multiples of the same item)”.

d.    This is a single return.

e.     Beginning the Return Process: Before starting the return process, please ensure that your return is eligible as stated above. If your return is eligible, please contact our customer service team via email at [email protected]. In your email, include the following information:

a.     Your order number.

b.    The name and description of the product you wish to return.

c.     The reason for your return.

1.2 Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if your return is approved. This number is essential for processing your return and should be clearly marked on the outside of your return package.

1.3 Package the Return: Carefully pack the product(s) you are returning.

1.4 Label the Package: Clearly mark the Return Authorization Number (RAN) provided by our customer service team on the outside of your return package. Print and attach the free shipping label we sent you.

1.5 Notify Us: Once your return package is ready for shipment, please notify us at [email protected]. Inform us about a convenient time for you to pick up the items and we will order a courier to pick up the package.

1.6 All items are inspected upon receipt by our quality assurance team, if the above criteria is not met we are unable to issue a refund and items will be returned to the customer at their expense. 1.7 Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

2.1 Please note that as of our policy, we do not offer exchanges for products. If you wish to obtain a different item or variant, you will need to follow these steps:

a.       Place a New Order: To get the product you desire, please visit our website and place a new order for the item you want.

b.       Return the Original Item: If you have received an item that you wish to exchange, you must initiate a return for the original item following our Returns Process as outlined in this Returns and Refunds Policy.

c.        Refund for the Original Item: Once we receive and process the return of the original item, you will be eligible for a refund in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.

How do I return an order?

4.1 Follow the simple steps below in how to return your unwanted product.

b.    Ship it back
Print and attach our provided shipping label to the outside of the box.

c.      Receive refund

Who bears the cost of the return shipping?

4.2 If your return qualifies (according to our return policy), we'll create and provide you with a free return label. If the return method offered by us does not suit you, you can return it in other ways, but at your own expense.
