BRN Factory food supplement is carefully selected plant components, vitamins and minerals. It contains group B vitamins: B1, B2, B6, as well as niacin (B3) and pantothenic acid (B5). Group B vitamins are important for good function of the nervous system, for example, B6 contributes to normal psychological function and helps to reduce the feeling of fatigue. B3 contributes to normal energy metabolism in the body; B5 is important for metabolism of some hormones, neurotransmitters and vitamin D. Chromium content of the supplement helps to maintain normal blood glucose levels and contributes to normal micronutrient metabolism. It is recommended to take the food supplement with food. It should never be taken on an empty stomach. The supplement contains 300 mg of EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate), so if you use other products with green tea, consult your doctor before taking the supplement.
