Ingredients: Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root extract, gelatin, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) leaf extract, Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca) steam and leaf extract, Hops (Humulus lupulus) cone extract, anti-caking agent (magnesium salt of fatty acid), coloring agent (calcium carbonate), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12), pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6).
Recommend daily dosage: 1 capsule. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
Directions for use: An adult should take 1 capsule half an hour before bedtime with plenty of water.
